HOW ARE WE FAIR AND EQUAL

Domestic welfare is how the well being of the people are managed and promoted and as a whole, the well-being of the nation.

Terra Nova is completely fair. For example, our taxes are all recorded on a database which are updated through the citizens' cell phones, as they are now able to enter which taxes they have paid and which ones they haven't. Thus, this means that anyone who fails to pay their taxes, it is automatically documented. Moreover, as already explained before, as you would go through our intelligent doors, an alarm would set off in the case of that person hasn't paid one or any of his/her taxes so then they can be remembered to pay them. 

Moreover,  as explained in more detail later in defense, we are a utopia that defends its citizens no matter the cost. Terra nove is equiped with the best 'armery', equipment and technology in order to be able to protect better.
