HOW DO WE MAKE JUSTICE & MANAGE OUR SOCIETY

The government type in Terra Nova would be a democracy but will follow some fundamental ideas of communism. Karl Marx, the founding father of communism believed that “free the lower class and give the poor a fighting chance.” In Terra Nova, this would be translated to the fundamental idea that every person should have the right to equality of opportunity. In order to ensure this right to equality of opportunity, the government would provide each child with the opportunity to education. The quality of education that each child would receive would not drastically vary amongst different students. This would be elaborated on in the other sections. Along with education, the government would also provide the citizens with basic shelter and food supplies. The government in Cuba works similarly, being a communist government, they provide all the citizens with basic food supplies and shelter. However, in many communistic countries like Cuba, people don't have the opportunity to prosper and effort is made to keep all citizens at the same level. This is the primary reason that people become unhappy with their work, as they see no room for growth, this also takes a toll on the quality of work the citizens produce, hence damaging the overall functioning of the government.

In order to avoid this, Terra Nova will adopt only the basic ideas of communism and function as a democracy, where the rule is by the people, for the people.  This way, the people would have the opportunity to choose the government which would represent their ideas and allow them to practise their rights.

Most countries today are democratic, including places like US, UK, and most European countries except for a few exceptions like Belarus. Who is run by a leader by the name of Alexander Lukashenko. There are multiple benefits of a democratic government. Primarily, it allows the people to have a voice and allows for the people to choose the party they feel would fulfil their needs. The elections also make sure that the rule is on the basis of what the majority of people are in favour of. In addition to all this, democracies also gives the people the fundamental human rights.
